The organ of Ruts Church, Bornholm

A brief history of the organ: 

»Post Lind«, as he was commonly called, was son of mailman Janus Lind, and he built an organ for Ruts Church about 1880. On his mail trips, he gathered bones from the fields, polished them, and used them to cover the organ keyes. The zink pipes, were cast by himself in his attic. The present organ was built by Frederiksborg orgelbyggeri in 1967.
